Prayer and Worship Groups

Eucharistic Adoration

St. Joseph Church offers Eucharistic Adoration twenty four hours a day seven days a week in our chapel. We also have a committee that sponsors Eucharistic Holy Hours for the Feast of All Saints and other occasions throughout the year.

Charismatic Prayer Group

“There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord; there are different workings but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit.” (NAB 1Corinthians 12:4-7)

The Lord’s Remnant is a charismatic prayer group at St. Joseph. We meet monthly in the chapel . The group gathers to pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to enter their lives and the lives of others for healing and strength. We also pray for and with charisms, or spiritual gifts, mentioned by St. Paul in the above scriptural passage, in order to do the will of God.

Twice a year, in the seasons of Advent and Lent, we host a special retreat to lead us in preparing for the season in prayer, song, scripture, teaching and reflection. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please click on the button below for more information on our our next special event!
