The St. Joesph’s Young Adult Group is organizing a food collection throughout Lent for the families of our jail and Outreach Ministry in Pontiac. We are looking for ideas to place boxes not only in church but also throughout our South Lyon community. If you know any business that would be open to helping others, please let us know. This year's conference features Fr. James Conlon from Catholic Relief Services as the keynote speaker. Join fellow young Catholics in learning about, reflecting on and celebrating the beauty of our faith as we all draw nearer to Jesus Christ. We will have a list of all registrants from our registration service. Registration on line is open until Wednesday, March 21. Limited registrations can be added up to the day of the event but please register on line so we can have an accurate food count. Payments can be made upon arrival if needed.
Enjoy a fish fry dinner and game night afterward. Enjoy various card and board games, and bring your favorite games to play. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Sacrament of Baptism
The sacrament of baptism is ordinarily celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays of the month following the 12:00 Noon Mass. Please call the Parish Office at 248-446-8700, at least two months in advance in order to make arrangements. There is a required Baptismal prep class which is normally offered on the second Monday of each month. Please call the Parish

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
(RCIA) is the process whereby new members are initiated into the Catholic Church through the sacraments of baptism, confirmation and eucharist, and baptized Catholics may complete their initiation. For information, call Cathy Borsh, Pastoral Associate, Ext. 109.

Sacrament of Marriage
Please call the Parish Office at least 6 months before the proposed marriage dates in order to arrange for the necessary preparation. An appointment is necessary before a wedding date may be scheduled.
